As Director of Construction at AHS Residential, Rodolfo Cordeiro Guerra oversees all construction processes, teams and operations for over 900 units across the United States. In addition, he founded the company’s Business Intelligence Unit, which analyzes and incorporates relevant market data to the company’s product design.
Before joining AHS Residential, Rodolfo served as a Project Director at several development companies, implementing time and cost constraints and conducting an in-depth risk analysis, and macroeconomic feasibility studies for billions of dollars in infrastructure projects across the globe, including the MIA Mover, an automated people mover transportation system at Miami International Airport. From 2004 to 2008, he worked as a project manager at Portland Construction Company, and prior he was a research engineer at the National Crash Analysis Center in Ashburn, Virginia where he developed the new technique implemented by the Vehicle Modeling Lab that reduced production time and increased the accuracy and compatibility results between computer simulations and real test data.
Rodolfo graduated with his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from George Washington University and earned his MBA from the University of Miami. He also has certifications in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED-AP) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
